## Privacy Policy

### Who we are

Qualinq is a senior medtech advisory practice founded by Ralf Heijkants and Huibert Tjabbes. In this policy, "Qualinq", "we", "us" and "our" refer to this practice. For any question about your personal data, contact us at [info@qualinq.com](mailto:info@qualinq.com).

### What personal data we collect

- **Contact details you provide.** If you email us, we receive your name, email address, any phone number you share, and the content of your message.
- **Website usage data.** Our website is hosted on HubSpot. When you visit, cookies and similar technologies collect information such as your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view and how you interact with the site.

We do not use a contact form; you reach us only by email.

### Why we use it, and on what basis

- **To respond to your enquiry** and communicate with you — on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering you and taking steps at your request.
- **To understand and improve our website** — on the basis of your consent for analytics cookies, given through our cookie banner.

### Cookies

Our site uses strictly necessary cookies (needed for the site to work) and analytics cookies (via HubSpot) to measure how the site is used. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies through the cookie banner, and change your choice at any time. Analytics cookies are only placed after you consent.

### Who we share it with

We use HubSpot as our website and CRM platform; HubSpot processes and stores data on our behalf as a processor. We do not sell your personal data. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under appropriate safeguards (such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

### How long we keep it

We keep enquiry-related data only as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for any applicable legal requirements, after which it is deleted.

### Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email [info@qualinq.com](mailto:info@qualinq.com). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page.
